Tareesh’s passion for parkour was first sparked after watching the movie Banlieue 13 (District 13), much like a number of other traceurs who got into the discipline. What drew him in was the aspect of “Be strong to be useful” as he believes there is no point in being strong or powerful if one doesn’t intend to use that strength to help other people.
As such he is a purist, and focuses solely on the practical aspect of the movement. He started learning from the internet, but soon realised he need to guidance from professionals, starting first with some of the founders of the movement Yamakasi members Chau Belle and Laurent Piemontesi. He continued to train with Superfly Monkey Dragons to develop his foundation and in 2015 he officially became a coach with Superfly enabling him to share his experience and joy of movement with people who are hungry to learn.
