Herna has been practicing Yoga for 9 years and teaching it for the last 7 years. She aims help others transform their lives through Yoga. Initially, practicing Yoga was a way for her to cope with the stress that resulted from living a hectic lifestyle. She also suffered Diastasis of her abdominals after childbirth and wanted to strengthen her Core through Yoga. Now, Yoga has become her passion. She hopes to share the benefits of Yoga with everyone as it has brought her many positive changes. Herna teaches Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Therapy and Pilates classes.
