Superfly Yoga Flow offers 2 main classes – Yoga Stretch for the active individual and Pilates Bootcamp to strengthen and build that core!

Pilates Bootcamp is a Low Impact workout that focuses on exercises that build a strong upper body and core, sculpted posterior chain and long lean leg muscles. The controlled pilates movements increase flexibility and range of motion, improve overall posture and boost the mind-body connection. Most importantly improving our athletic performance and lowering our risk in sustaining an injury. This low impact workout is perfect on recovery days. Higher repetitions in various exercises. Props such as resistance bands, balls and small weights will be used.

Herna has been practicing Yoga for 9 years and teaching it for the last 7 years. She aims help others transform their lives through Yoga. Initially, practicing Yoga was a way for her to cope with the stress that resulted from living a hectic lifestyle. She also suffered Diastasis of her abdominals after childbirth and wanted to strengthen her Core through Yoga. Now, Yoga has become her passion. She hopes to share the benefits of Yoga with everyone as it has brought her many positive changes. Herna teaches Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Therapy and Pilates classes.

WHAT TO BRING
- Comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement
- 1 to 2 litres of water. You can also purchase refreshments and drinks at the Gym.
- Yoga matts will be provided, but you are free to bring your own :)
- We recommend you to arrive at least 10min before your first class to take care of registration and waiver, so we can start on time.
