Superfly’s Learn 2 flip just got a refresh! We are taking Singapore’s first and most popular Learn 2 flip course and flipping it to a whole new level by collaborating with Singapore Trampoline Academy. Our Newly created Learn 2 flip X, takes your aerial Awareness to new heights with British Gymnastics Senior Club Trampoline Coach and ex military officer Jess Hinton.
Students will be put through the fundamental skills of trampoline to learn visual cues, take off positions; safety rolls and Bail out tricks in order Flip safely and competently. Superfly Parkour coaches Myk and team will teach you to launch these new Aerial skills from the ground up, so you’ll learn the fundamentals of flipping at ground zero.

Coach Jess was a trampoline athlete in the UK from the age of 3, having competed at the top National Levels from the age of 11-22. Started coaching aged 15 to pay for training costs and achieved the Senior Club Coach award in 2007 aged 22. A Commissioned British Army Officer from 2009-2015, Jessica served in Afghanistan in 2012 as a Gun position Officer in the Royal Artillery. A diverse career which saw her train the first Saudi Female Security Officers and then a decision to head back to sport and her passion for Trampolining led to arriving in Singapore in Feb 2016 and establishing the Singapore Trampoline Academy in 2017.
Coach Myk is your little spark of madness. He can switch from a passionate realist to that of an enthusiastic free spirit. He cherishes creativity and insights into what motivates people.Introduced to Parkour in 2012, he joined the largest parkour association in the Philippines, established connections with local and international practitioners and eventually became a Core Member of Philippine Parkour and Freerunning Association. As the General Manager of Superfly, he’s excited to continue his journey on building a team of passionate individuals and help people gain a deeper appreciation of life through movement.

WHAT TO BRING
- Socks for Trampoline work, Standard trainers and Sneakers.
- Comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement – generally most will wear shorts and a t-shirt
- Towel / extra shirt – especially if you sweat a lot
- 1 to 2 litres of water. You can also purchase refreshments and drinks at the Gym.
- We recommend you to arrive at least 15min before the first class to take care of registration and waiver, so we can start on time.
